What we process, and why

Visiting the site

Our host Netlify (USA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses + Data Privacy Framework) processes your IP address to deliver pages and keeps short-lived security logs. Fonts and scripts load from Google Fonts and Cloudflare's cdnjs, which also see your IP.Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working website — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

Contacting us

Form (via Netlify Forms), e-mail, phone or WhatsApp: we process your name, contact details and message — only to answer you. Deleted when your request is done, unless business or tax law requires longer. WhatsApp is optional; Meta applies its own privacy policy.Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR

Analytics

Umami — cookie-less and anonymous. No IP addresses stored, no profiles, no consent banner needed; we only see aggregated statistics.Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR · umami.is/privacy

That's all — no cookies, no advertising, no sale of data, no profiling. The site is delivered over HTTPS only.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Just e-mail office@evrobo.dev. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Bulgaria the Commission for Personal Data Protection, cpdp.bg.
